Located in Valle De Bravo, Mexico, the house is carefully situated on site, with an existing pine retained within the entry courtyard. Our worldwide unique natural stone Silberquarzit is mined in South Tyrol / Italy at 1,500 m a.s.l. Silberquarzit is part of the former coastal strip of the ancient sea Tethys. Through the continental shift this tight quartzite band protrudes out vertically as a metamorphosed rock in the Pfitsch valley and can be mined there. The material is available in the colors light and dark, as well as with two surfaces of rough-cleaved (natural surface) and diamond sawn surface. New building for the Yacht Club de Monaco
The yacht club is the symbolic centrepiece of Monaco’s remodelled harbour front. Celebrating the principality’s spectacular coastline and its nautical heritage, its series of deck-like terraces that step up along the harbour to offer unrivalled views out to races at sea, or inland over the course of the renowned Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit. The building is located on an area of reclaimed land, which extends the city’s existing marina eastwards and can accommodate a range of craft, from sailing boats to 100-metre super yachts.
