TARC Kailāsa
The Singapore-based multi-disciplinary design firm AFW shares their design vision for TARC Kailāsa, a 1,000,000-square-feet, five-tower residential complex launched by realty developer TARC Group across over 6.12 acres of land in New Delhi, India.
Situated on the site of a former shopping mall on Patel Nagar road in the Kirti Nagar locality, TARC Kailāsa encompasses three- and four-bedroom apartment properties ranging between 3,440 and 3,685 square feet and was awarded the “Luxury Project of the Year" at the Golden Brick Awards in Dubai. The apartment units were first launched in January 2024 with possession scheduled for 2028, and the first phase of the TARC Kailāsa unit launch sold out earlier in fall 2024.

Contoured Arches
Is an upmarket market makeup studio located in New Delhi led by renowned makeup artist Jasneet (Makeup by Jasneet). The client wanted an offbeat yet classy space which reflected her art all that surrounds it. She wanted it away from the usual herd and seek a pop space where interiors translated makeup trends, colours, shimmers and techniques.
For this the design team set out to start off with the story of makeup and fashion meeting interiors.

Pop N Hop
Pop n Hop is a food court located at New Delhi Railway Station catering to the travelers. It is designed in Pop-Style where one can see a cloud-burst of colours. The design team took inspiration from Pop art which was an art movement in the 1950’s as a reaction to abstract expressionism. The space is created to surprise and amuse people. The bright flassy colours and glossy materials are the emphasis on diversity, fun and rebel spirit. The flooring is in black and white stripes that run diagonally across the space. The counters are adorned in a bright peppy yellow along with hints of maroon for segregation of the counters. The ceiling has a feature that says "New Delhi" in neon light tube.
