Designed by Manfredi and Luca Nicoletti.   The structures of the Auditorium for 3500 seats conceived for Astana, the new capital of Kazakhstan create an ‘envelope’ which encloses an internal piazza – animated by shops, balconies, restaurants, exhibition halls and cinemas which extends onto the roof of the Auditorium, completely clad in wood on the inside and outside.   Nicolli's work: Inclined point fixed glazed façade with hi-performance acoustic panes and integrated automatic entrance doors.
