In designing bookshelves for a rural library, several factors have been meticulously balanced: motivational appeal, book preservation and storage, trendy aesthetics, all within the constraints of budget, practicality, technique, and production time. The Lab Saigon The Ladybug shelves, initially featuring rectangular compartments, have gained popularity in the Vietnamese market due to their versatility and high book storage capacity. To enhance these shelves, four additional solid blocks in a semicircular shape were incorporated, creating a closed cabinet that protects books from weather and insects while also reducing the weight and roughness of the original design.
