One of the challenges is the intelligent use of the site's depth without compromising access routes, which is elegantly achieved - the villa opens onto terraces in a series of layers. In response to the harsh climate of Shahrak, the villa's designers emphasize privacy and connection to the outdoors. In this verdant province, houses are typically raised on plinths, a practical measure to protect structures from the prevalent humidity.
