Future of meeting roomsOur client envisioned Mars in the company's front yard and we were happy to bring 3 Cyber Pebble pods to the property. The oddly shaped pebbles got futuristic exterior cladding, using Alucobond. This silver like cladding sits perfectly in the Mars yard.

The Cube
Baldasso Cortese has been engaged for the redevelopment of Riverview House at 276 Flinders Street since 2001. Originally constructed for the Commonwealth Bank in 1967, and now owned by Fivex Commercial Property, it holds significant presence nestled on top of one of Melbourne’s busiest intersections.
Previous projects have seen podium levels converted into retail, fitness, and childcare spaces, with a revitalised ground floor transformed into a modern precinct comprising of food and retail outlets.
Fivex approached Baldasso Cortese to explore how this urban site could be developed to ‘future-proof’ the site and react to the changing environment of this busy junction.

West Kensington Office Extension
Two new floors to an existing office Satish Jassal Architects has designed two additional floors to an existing office in West Kensington, in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The new Grade A office space has been carefully designed to reduce its impact from key views along the street. In particular, the setback along the edges and the removal of the corner on the top floor minimises the extension’s bulk. Full height glazed and thin profiled coloured aluminium frames also help reduce the impact of the roof extension, while at the same time creating a modern ‘crown’ to a 1980s brick office building.
