Hong Kong based In-between Architects Limited designed a private investment firm located in the heart of Hong Kong's CBD. With a vision to create a multifunctional space that accommodates art appreciation, private events and more, In-between Architects collaborated with the client to transform their office into a unique and inviting sanctuary.

Davis Wright Tremaine Headquarters
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, recognized as one of the most innovative law firms in the world, sought Gensler’s expertise in the site selection and design of its new headquarters in downtown Seattle. The firm sought a new space that would support its commitment to openness, collaboration, and excellence while allowing for the flexibility and efficiency that modern legal practice demands. A lease of eight floors in an iconic new tower was the perfect fit.Our team worked with Davis Wright Tremaine to explore the latest advances in legal workplace design and leveraged Gensler research to inform thoughtful, data-driven decisions. PacMutual Building
Located in downtown Los Angeles, the historic PacMutual Building is a complex of three buildings, the oldest of which dates back to 1908. The project developed amenity spaces that attract a progressive mix of creative media tenants. A fitness center, tenant lounge, state-of-the-art conference center, and bike spa is located on the first and second floors, forming a hub around the two-story lobby in the Sentry Building.As an official historic landmark in the City of Los Angeles, the building’s existing Beaux Arts-style ornamentation could not be altered. Lounge project for a logistics company
In response to various issues the director of a logistics company wished to address—surging business, a shortage of truck drivers, and the difficulty of securing part-time packagers and inspectors—this renovation project sought a better working environment for employees and a more polished corporate identity. Although distribution warehouses may seem plain and utilitarian, having an appealing space on-site would motivate existing employees, help attract new ones, and improve the corporate image.
