Just a few minutes walk from the center of Łódź, there is the only Shared Services Center in Poland, which is an integral part and the main support of the Barry Callebaut Group. The idea was to create a place in an industrial mood, so closely related to Łódź, with an emphasis on accentuating the company’s activity through numerous cocoa accents. Located in the centre of Lisbon, the Seedrs offices translate the values and culture of the biggest crowdfunding platform in Europe, aimed at start-up and tech companies. We set three objectives when designing this project: maximising office flexibility; harmonising the design of an originally-disorderly space; and creating a strong image capable of representing the company’s young and dynamic culture. The concept came from the idea of creating a central multifunctional block which combines various spaces, from meeting points, brainstorming spaces, a Skype room or showers. Located at the heart of Lisbon, the project for the Talkdesk Lisboa offices consists of a complete renovation of an apartment in Torres das Amoreiras.  The office is divided into two large, open-plan work spaces, with a lounge area containing the kitchen, a common space and break-out areas.
