Project No 3 designed by Work of Arch Studio; as the management floor of a six-storey factory. It has been designed with 4 executive offices, a meeting room, a reception and a wating area on a single floor of 350 m2.
It is aimed to create a warmer and natural environment by making maximum use of perspective and daylight in an office design. Different concepts have been considered in the design of the spaces. in the color scale, more natural tones and textures are preferred in some rooms, while black and gray tones are used in others to give a masculine and eclectic effect. Mozhdeh Office Building
Mozhdeh office building is located in a 440 square meters site on Mozhdeh street in the former location of Niavaran police station. The client asked a commercial unit on the ground level with 80% occupancy and providing administrative units in upper stories with 60% occupancy. After the initial study, the issues that the design team considered, was program, tectonic and construction norm. The common plan of administrative and commercial projects for maximum use of the land causes the inefficient plan, so we have decided to change the project’s program.
