LuxLinea
LuxLinea is an ophthalmology clinic in Shibuya, Tokyo. The new addition to Total Eye Care clinics in the heart of the Japanese capital takes place on the ground floor of a mixed-use building. Clear glass on two sides visually connects the space to its surrounding urban environment.

LuxLinea design addresses two main issues: glass reflections, and patients’ privacy. The clinic operates mostly during daytime, when the bright daylight reflects on the glass, obstructing visibility to the inside. To counter this effect, a series of intriguing vertical lines of light are emitted from the inside attracting the curiosity of the passerby.

From the beginning of the work on the interior, we knew that we were working with one of the best ophthalmology clinics in Europe. Six floors of technological, cozy and friendly atmosphere. We strived to create a comfortable and welcoming space for both visitors and doctors. Soft wood tones, textured walls and comfortable lighting make you feel at home. Every detail of the interior emphasizes the solid level and respectability of the clinic. A place where visitors can safely trust and staff can be proud of their involvement in a great mission - to form high standards of health care in Ukraine.
