Luxury Modern House Architectural Design

The luxury modern house exterior design of three stories house in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia, serves as a splendid modern form, with minimal clear orthogonal lines and contrasting neutral colors. Cube massing of blocks, skillfully sitting on top of each other, mixing different materials and textures with a subtle addition of glass, which is enhancing and harmonizing the dense form.  CAS designed the house to be elegant and to respect the Saudi tradition in every aspect of the design.  More

Amazing Modern Vacation House

Vacation houses tend to be designed in a frivolous way, but not this one. CAS has drawn inspiration from the rich history & attractions of the stunning city of Baalbeck, Lebanon by emulating the vernacular into this amazing modern vacation house design. Nestled in the foothills of the Litani River, the gently sloping site of this house features a 2-story home with a basement. The entire design has a modern outlook, but the limestone-clad facade pays an ode to the indigenous roots of Baalbeck. More

Milner Modern Residence Design

The Milner Residence is a refurbished home that the CAS team worked on in Vancouver, Canada. The clients bought an old house that they wanted replaced with a completely modern one. So the CAS architectural design team put their heads together to create a design that is simple, minimal and beautifully contemporary in aesthetic. The idea was to use modern design elements like glass facades, flat rooflines and minimal ornamentation to create a home design that would appeal to modern sensibilities. The client, Eric Mannhardt, wanted to construct a new home upon the old foundations in order to better utilize the existing facilities.
