The city of Pachuca, as the state capital, has academic and economic support from the public administration, which allows it to have a university capable of receiving students from all over the state and its surrounding areas. The exploration between volumes and materiality result in a composition that manifests itself with its own character in the corner lot.
The project is developed with a completely introspective gesture that has its visual escapes to strategically located interior spaces to maintain light comfort and sensory experimentation in spaces and textures.
With a double height space that connects both levels of the project, the public area becomes the guiding axis of the project since most of the social and family activities of the house will take place there.
