Early 2015 the internationally renowned conductor and violinist Joji Hattori opened in Vienna’s 1st district, in direct neighborhood to the Albertina, Opera and Hotel Sacher a remarkable restaurant with excellent Japanese cuisine. The Restaurant “Shiki” – Japanese for “Four Seasons” but also for “Conducting” – stand according to the vita of Joji Hattori for a successful combination of Japanese culture and European style.
