Hellidon Passivhaus
A Low‑Impact Passivhaus Set Within a Historic LandscapeFoxcote House is a single‑storey Passivhaus dwelling set within the former kitchen gardens of a Grade II* listed property in rural Northamptonshire. Designed by Clive Chapman Architects under the UK’s ‘country house clause’ planning policy, the project demonstrates how contemporary residential architecture can be sensitively integrated into a historically significant landscape.

Berninneit Cultural and Community Centre
Located on Phillip Island, Berninneit, (meaning to 'gather together') creates a new purpose-built public building to support a range of uses including a theatre, library, gallery, museum, community function rooms and offices. Evoking the region’s natural geology and topography, the design feels inherently connected to and of its place. Warm, pink-cream brick references nearby sand dunes and beaches, whilst internal timber columns speak to the island’s jetties and pier structures. The building creates a dynamic and interactive destination that is set to become a source of civic pride. It can, it should and it is comfortable!
Passive House in exposed concrete and all on one floor! The structure grows and the formwork follows it. The central courtyard is also a sheltered refuge of a man's friend. A space designed so that when you leave home, you can also stay outdoors. Between smoked eucalyptus and varnished copper, textures and objects were the perfect selection for a promised goatling.
