Wave Bridge connects some of Indianapolis’s historically disenfranchised neighborhoods with a burgeoning innovation district that includes the city’s research and medical corridor, downtown businesses and institutions, and to a wider trail and greenway network, including the Indianapolis Cultural Trail.
