Hazens Longteng Sales Centre
A multi-functional sales centre that can be easily adapted for future use. Located south of Shenzhen, Longteng MLP functions as a sales office for the precinct with plans for retail conversion once the development is complete.

A high-end multi-service experience for an innovative beauty enhancement clinic.
Shanghai Oubang is realised in two locations – Hongqiao for the company’s prominent HQ and Changning as a new clinic in their portfolio. Both locations had been previously designed and construction had commenced. Following the success of the design direction established in Oubang Zhengzhou, W-B were engaged to roll-out the refreshed brand image for these additional locations.
