Villa E, Amazon red clay Architecture.
Villa E is situated on the urban limits of the Pucallpa city and proposes a way of inhabiting the Amazon rooted in simplicity, efficiency, and respect for the territory, with the aim of integrating and becoming part of a greater ecosystem. Above all, its architecture serves as a bridge between the daily life of a family made up of two sub-units and the untamed nature that surrounds it, enhancing the richness of the landscape, and responding sensitively to the unique features of the site and the living patterns of its occupants.

Semillas creates educational space in Peru’s central jungle to promote cultural and environmental preservation
Established in 2014, Semillas is a Peruvian non-profit organization that develops architectural projects through participatory processes, the promotion of cooperation between institutions, and sustainable development. Semillas views architecture as a cultural expression and a way in which to improve a person’s quality of life. One example of this is the studio’s “Mencoriari Technological and Environmental Laboratory” — this educational and community project is located in the indigenous community of Mencoriari in the rural area of the district of Pangoa, Satipo Province, in Peru’s central jungle. Kindergarten in Villacurí, Peru, showcases use of traditional materials and building techniques
Architects Betsaida Curto Reyes of Estudio Copla and Ander Bados Sesma of Atelier Ander Bados have collaborated on the design of a kindergarten in Villacurí in the heart of the Peruvian desert. The project is part of an initiative for All Hands and Hearts, a non-profit international disaster relief organization. The area’s school had not been rebuilt since Peru’s 2007 earthquake. Today, the school is an acclaimed example of educational architecture and a showcase for the use of traditional materials, building techniques, and sustainability.

Food Court Mall Aventura Plaza Bellavista
It is a high-rise warehouse, as a starting point to create a concept was considered to have a story to offer and is translated into architecture.
We adopt the concept of "trees" and vegetation coating design with our existing columns dramatized by an environmental lighting.
Within the entire yard, different spaces differences worlds or recreate an interior forest looking and appear large asymmetric scantlings suspended ceiling screened the natural light.
The admission to theaters with the courtyard is connected with a large skylight attached to the center and reinforced by a linear lamp with spotlights classic style of the old cinemas.

Lomas del Mar B14
The project is located in plot B-14 in Las Lomas del Mar beach, Km. 120, south from Lima. The land´s area is of 312.28 m². The house has two façades orientated to the west and to the east, with a difference of 3m between one and the other. To the north we find a house adjusted to fit the topography of the land and an empty plot to the south.
The house´s design, to start with, suggested two spaces which were to arrange the different spaces, to articulate and relate them. This was done though two voids in the form of courtyards: a central courtyard and a lateral one. The project develops on an irregular shaped terrain inside a difficult area, but with a privileged view to the sea in the lot E-3 from "Palillos" beach, at the south of Lima.
Taking advantage of the lot slope, the project is propose as a volume set worked with different materials and textures in three levels that work together as a unit, obtaining several space relations between the interior and the outside.
