House Moss - Norway

This family in Moss wanted to carry out energy-saving measures in their house. They reinsulated the roof and walls. As a crowning achievement, they installed SunStyle solar roof tiles on both the house and garage. The garage roofs have an east/west orientation, which provides good electricity production in the morning and afternoon. Houses face north/south where the south-facing surface has active panels that provide plenty of electricity during the day. The facility provides good production throughout the day. In addition, the roof of the garage and house has a high roof angle. This results in good production on sunny days in autumn and winter. On the north side of the house, they installed dummy panels that do not produce electricity, but... More

SunStyle Solar Tile top 67WP (Europe)

SunStyle Solar Roof is also available in the Americas.   FunctionAs we continue to expect more when it comes to the energy performance of our buildings, we must work to move away from fossil fuels and nuclear energy and towards renewable energy sources. A fully integrated solar roof that converts clean and unlimited solar energy into electricity helps us do both. The SunStyle solar roof harmoniously connects these two objectives: first, as a high quality construction element, it offers sustainable weather protection; and, second, it enables efficient electricity production over the entire roof surface.   Manufacturing and QualityThe SunStyle solar tile was developed as an energy-efficient, long-lasting construction element. The... More

Homogeneous Solar façade

The exhibited photovoltaic module should show the perfect combination between a homogeneous facade design and power generation from the building envelope. Photovoltaic energy – the direct conversion of sunlight into electrical energy - is still affected by the common formats and designs. The exhibited module should illustrate the wide range of possibilities of this technology and how the requirements from the architecture could be met. In the exhibited element the - usually highly reflective - metallic interconnections were covered by a special printing technique. This results in combination with a homogeneous ceramic frit on the lower glass, in a homogeneous surface. Looks very promising for an usually very technical sounding element. T... More

Laminated safety glass ISO module

This product is a photovoltaic panel made of at least three layers of glass with cell encapsulation and an insulating layer in between the VSG and the third glass pane. These insulating glass modules can be used in many different applications all around buildings and other uses. Especially ceilings and facades can be activated and generate energy. Through the thickness of each glass of 2 until 12 mm these PV modules can be used all around in building skins. The possibility of special and customized shapes, large size modules until a size of 2,440 x 5,100 mm and the possibility of selectable light transparency are unique at ertex solar. So every project has an individual design and generates power in every use. Also because the ertex solar V... More
