Glitter Hall
In Yeongwol, Gangwon Province, a church built more than 30 years ago had long stood vacant between two narrow alleys. Its original brick form had gradually been obscured by a series of later alterations such as a metal roof and exterior steel stairs. Glitter Hall retains the existing structural frame while removing these additions and reorganizing the interior. The former church is transformed into a mixed-use building containing a home for a family of four, along with a café and mathematics academy operated by the family.

C4 Villa
The C4 Villa, the grandest in the Chilak Town development, encompasses 650 sqm of built space on a 1500 sqm plot. Its hallmark feature is the flexible interior spaces organized around an inner green courtyard adorned with tall verdant walls and a central tree, cultivating a tranquil oasis within the home.

This design element serves to enhance the villa's aesthetic appeal while simultaneously promoting a sense of airiness and fostering a connection to nature. The villa's primary elevations evoke an atmosphere of lightness and transparency, optimizing natural light and showcasing panoramic views of the sea horizon and forested mountains.
