In the Apokoronas Region, on a hilltop with a panoramic view of Souda Bay and the Cretan Sea to the north, and the white mountains to the south, we were asked to design a holiday home that also serves as a short-term rental accommodation. The goal was with a simple design, to offer quality and comfortable spaces, privacy between users and the feeling of luxury (since it is intended as an investment property). A mix of luxury and simple colour-play formulate an elegantly quirky ensemble in the heights of Gurgaon city. Situated on the twenty-fifth floor of DLF The Ultima, this three-bedroom residence belongs to a young millennial couple. When Storey Tellers Studio conceptualised the interiors for this space, they focussed on the new age requirements of the clients while also keeping in mind their design sensibilities. In order to  meet the design concept of modern minimalist architecture style, abandoning complicated decoration and standardized interior space, used geometric form of neutral colors to present the natural appearance of the space. This project is a conceptual design of a single-apartment type. Through the ampliative spatial pattern, the space is visually enlarged. The long space is connected from the living room to the personal office area, and the side-window scenery introduces light to increase the vitality of the interior. This residence located in the upmarket locality in New Delhi is an epitome of pompous luxury yet stating a personal style statement of the dwellers of the house. It is everything luxurious yet comforting to the eyes without jarring elements that may sparkle in the eyes.The client wanted a space that was light and easy yet stating a certain stature and oomph. The brief required closed seating groups to entertain their guest who varied from age group of 20s to 60s.
