The Noida Residence, a luxurious 4BHK apartment is situated in the up market area of Sector-45, Noida. Revolving around the idea of creating an affordable contemporary house, the design includes simplistic designs to reflect the urban lifestyle of the metropolitan clients. The concept was to create a cozy environment making use of the humongous space which is designed specifically for urban living. There was a need for collaborative spaces to make it barrier free so that the residents can move freely and see more of each other.
