Brusnika started developing Zareka, a historical district in Tyumen, in 2023 by constructing a housing estate under the same name. The Zareka estate, a project in integrated territorial development, is an area approaching 30 hectares, with housing, infrastructure, public amenities, a riverfront and a park.  Brusnika Zareka, aka Old Zareka, Bukharskaya settlement, or the Left Bank, is an old historical part of Tyumen. Located in one of the oldest city parts, the Butyrsky district, MONS is a new development project Brusnika has launched in Moscow. Well before the 14th century, the place was at the crossroads of a busy trade route, expanding into a large settlement for peasants and artisans. Following 1812, the area morphed into a trendy countryside for Moscow nobility: the Bestuzhev, the Repnin, and the Dolgoruky. 1865 saw the foundation of Peter’s Academy for Agriculture and Forestry, the present Agricultural Academy. Back in the 1950s’, a residential area sprang up on the site of the former airport in Novosibirsk. It has a well developed infrastructure with a grid of streets and roads, a school with a stadium, a kindergarten and a pocket park neighbouring the city main street. Izdanie, a new Moscow quarter from Brusnika, exemplifies the redevelopment of an industrial estate with a marked warehouse and production environment and no pedestrian traffic.   Vitaly Dulger The quarter area dates to the 12th century, with an Old-Believers’ settlement, later morphing into a village. In Egedal Municipality, the construction of the new district Egedal City with 3,000 future homes is well underway. 67 of them will be built in the senior living community Egehaven, which will be built on a 7,300 m² plot of land next to the common outdoor space ‘The Green Loop’. LINK Arkitektur has designed the winning project for the senior living community. Egehaven is aimed at singles and couples on their way into the 3rd age, who dream of a home with the opportunity to continue an active life together with others. Gellerup’s tower blocks stand out clearly in the landscape around Aarhus Ådal. The staggered placement of the buildings helps amplify the characteristic landscape features of the area. Each long, slender building constitutes a unit that is quite elegant. Homeliness, safety and community are dedicated architectural characteristics of the building, which are reflected in both the interior design, facade expression and design of courtyards and zones along the edge of the plot.
