Lagom Unique

Lagom UNIQUE is a premium residential complex whose architecture builds a subtle dialogue between people and nature. The project is shaped around the idea of maximum engagement with the landscape while preserving privacy and the inner comfort of each resident. The complex is located in a picturesque area with its own private lake in the suburb of Lviv, in the village of Sokilnyky. The natural surroundings become an integral part of the architectural narrative: the site offers panoramic views of the rural landscape, while the quietness and rhythm of the place create a sense of distance from the urban environment without losing connection to it. The key objective of the project was to create residences with a distinctive, unique morphology th... More

Casa Altamira

The Altamira House is located in the city of Zapopan and began as an expansion project of a residence, but grew with the opportunity to acquire the neighboring property. The façade of the house is hidden from the street to create its own interior atmosphere, envisioned by our clients as a space for learning and family enjoyment. Iván Marruenda Iván Marruenda The house is structured around a vertical axis of circulation that connects from the basement to the upper floor, with constant interaction with the main garden of the residence. Weekend House

The project of the house in Colares stared with a topographical research in mind, finding the most dramatic cliff between Cascais and Cabo da Roca, for a weekend house, on the west coast of Portugal, at the closest point to the Americas on European land. The site is located in the Parque Natural de Sintra-Cascais, just between the famous Lighthouse of Cabo da Roca and the nearby Santuário da Peninha, it is part of a territory which is constellated by windmills and local production of wine. The plot itself has first been spotted on Google Maps and has been further investigated for planning permissions to the local authorities, it is located at the very end of the Rua das Piroletas in the one and the only land left unbuilt since the... Mountain House Mošovce

The family house at the foot of the Veľká Fatra National Park is situated on the border between the built-up area and the built-up area. Folkly, the house is located behind the hummocks, so the whole formation of matter is aimed at preserving the traditional concept of rural appearance. The overall expression of the volume of the house is fragmented by its roof landscape using the types of two gable roofs, which graduate upwards. The material division of the house is largely based on the forms of old warehouse farm buildings, the so-called barns located in the Turiec region.   Unusual is also the concept of layout, in which the entrance part of the house is part of the so-called night part. The house consists of four interconn... More

Holland Park Conservation House

The existing Art Deco house is gazetted for conservation by the Urban Redevelopment Authority. The original main entrance faces away from the main gate of the newly sub-divided plot of land. The challenge was too layout the new additions to the conserved house, in such a way that a new formal entry is created between the existing house and the new block. Caption Caption This was achieved by inserting the new Living Room between the conserved hose and a large existing tree, at once creating the intermediate elements with a character of their own: the main entrance porch adjacent to a pond, and the new timber deck onto which the living room space flow out to. Rincón Del Pescador House

Rincón Del Pescador House develops around a central courtyard following the traditional houses of the region as a reference. Halls and passageways delimit the project: a horizontal perimetric that links the main floor areas, and a single point vertical that connects the different levels in the plan. The chosen materials (locally sourced volcanic stone) enhance the house's main lower level areas, providing fresh spaces to rest during the day.   The project is closed to the south, and open towards itself and the northern view of the valley. The fountain in the central courtyard draws inspiration from the local water wells, and the sound of flowing water accompanies all the other sounds in the house. The program consists of three... Maternal House( خانه مادری )

This contemporary apartment was designed to replace an old childhood home. Gheisizadeh Residential Apartment

Text description provided by the architects. In Gheisizadeh residential apartment project, our main effort was to provide the maximum possible outdoor space to the residents, while creating the maximum visual privacy from outside to inside. The initial idea was to create a flexible and variable building façade. The intention was to reach the desired result by changing the openings, "While giving the residents the right to choose their level of privacy".The effort was to, while respecting the introversion aspect of the residential units, consider implementing a terrace to protect the disturbing severe direct sunlight in summer and benefit from the sunlight in the cold weather of winter because of the warm and dry climate of Shiraz. Safari Residential Apartment

Text description provided by the architects. The Safari Residential Project is located at the southeast of Shiraz, one of the oldest part of the city. Today, the attention of the architects in the city is more focused on the wealthy areas and there is a lack of innovative projects in such poor areas. The site context’s situation is in decline, and architecture is being oblivious, which has affected the city fabric structure and visual aspect of the region. To this end, the initial perspective on the creation of this project is a slight attempt to revive the recession situation of the design site. The idea of the design was based on creating a connecting and reliant element on all floors. This central element, which is in the inner shell of t... More
