Ramisera Wilds
Ramisera Wilds is a 5000 sq.ft boutique resort project with 3 cottages and 2 existing huts in Ramisera, Uttarakhand, in the Kalagarh Tiger Reserve forest area. The river Palain flows along the site and the sound of water echoes through the resort. Our response to such eco-sensitive site was a structure with minimum on-site interference and ecofriendly passive design principles. We designed a resort with a focus on the natural beauty and surroundings and an experiential stay to observe wild life. We kept in mind the process of construction with the intention of minimal disturbance of the land and reduced time line of construction on-site so as to not disturb the wild life movement in the surrounding areas.

Maativan
Maativan, a natural building sanctuary nestled on the fringes of Wada’s reserved forest area in India, is a testament to environmental consciousness and sustainable architecture. Located near the Tansa forest and spanning 5,000 sq. ft., Maativan is constructed from mud and other natural materials that harmonize with the surrounding ecosystem. The design intentionally integrates nature into the building's structure, preserving existing trees and vegetation. This careful planning ensures that the spaces evoke the sensation of being in a forest, enveloped by a lush outdoor environment under a dense natural canopy.
