Retail podium

Frasers Tower comprises a 38-storey office tower, an adjacent 3-storey retail podium and a park of its own that connects to Telok Ayer Park. The primary approach to the development, as one travels from Anson Road to Cecil Street, focuses on the southwest façade of the tower. From this remarkable vantage point, the tower soars from a rectangular base and flares outwards as it rises, accommodating larger floor plates at the lower portion of the tower, before tapering inwards towards the top as the core reduces.The tapering tower form also helps to distance the development from the neighbouring buildings, setting it apart in the crowded context.
