This is a showroom of bathroom equipment for one of the most famous local brands in Taiwan. Our client built the first modern kiln in Taiwan back in 1966, which is a vital part of the history of modern Taiwanese ceramic progress. The brand is known for its professionalism and quality in ceramic products. In this showroom, we try to bring the visitors back to 1966 by reimagining the ceramic firing process. Stepping into the showroom, visitors will be greeted by a grand dome that mimics the shape of a kiln with a wood-textured wall on the back of the front desk. Short Sentence

Located in the historic heart of Shanghai, the first store of this playful fashion brand, is slightly set back from the street. Inspired by its small scale surroundings we wanted to work with a more abstract idea of what a new home could be like.  The store settles into its new neighborhood with a sequence of rooms, carefully positioned in accordance to the original structure. The spatial experience of the rooms and corridors lead to an intimate introduction of the brand. A bright light beckons across the street, calling to you in the clamor of Xintiandi. The light, and the world it shines from, feels freeing, full of possibility. This boundless new world belongs to JMGO’s first flagship experience store, designed by AIM Architecture. Borders blur and technology meets art in JMGO space nr 1.  Wen Studio JMGO, a tech company specializing in projectors, sells more than optimized content. Their product is about experiences, curiosity, and freedom. A projector can be targeted anywhere in a home, on walls, the ceiling or floor, even people in a home, and it can also just disappear.
