Beato Convent Events Centre
The dozen or so buildings that make up the Convento do Beato complex date from a number of different eras. They include the old church, what remains of the old convent and several buildings constructed mainly for industrial use in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The convent’s original cloister, chapter room, refectory, staircase and library have all survived and have been put to use as an Events Centre for a number of years now.

Castelo Branco Railway Station
The city’s new bus terminal was one of the municipality’s main motivations when promoting the Detailed Plan of the Area of Castelo Branco Railway Station. An operating tool that led to the study of an extended group of alternatives in which to site the principal equipment, namely the new bus terminal.
The aim consisted in creating a transport hub that would articulate the north platform of the railway station with a bus terminal and a new car park, providing comfortable connections between the two.

Hospital da Luz Oeiras
The extension of Oeiras Clinic and its transformation into Luz Hospital involved the construction of a new building on the plot of land adjacent to the existing building.
In addition to an overall reorganisation of the programme, the core theme when designing this project involved giving the new building an entirely different design to the existing one, whilst conferring a homogeneous image to the whole, an important aspect for the perception of the future hospital.
The new building houses the outpatients’ area, examinations, laboratory clinics and some common services such as administrative offices, staff dining room, cafeteria and esplanade.

Canal 11
The first discussion took place at the end of October 2018: the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF- Federação Portuguesa de Futebol) wanted to begin the experimental broadcasts for its new television channel in April 2019.
The final premises of the future channel will be located inside a new building to be constructed at the same time as the new sports pavilion, on the south side of the ‘Football City’ (CF- Cidade do Futebol). Since the schedules of the two projects were not compatible, the FPF decided to build temporary premises.

Mano a Mano
The restaurant is located close to Cais do Sodré Station, in a recently recovered Pombaline building with three fronts: one on Rua do Alecrim, which will contained the main entrance, another on Rua do Ferragial, and a third on Rua de S. Paulo, one level up from that street.
The project briefing was very clear: an Italian restaurant with a pizzeria, an open kitchen with full views of the ovens and an informal atmosphere, to be located in a recently recovered Pombaline building.
The space was handed over in the rough. It has plenty of daylight because of its three fronts and its long narrow configuration, wrapped around the building’s stairwell.

Passeio Ribeirinho do Seixal
The project area is a strip of land along the river and the riverside road in Seixal, the city that is the seat of this municipality on the south bank of the River Tagus, opposite Lisbon. The zone is framed by the river and by the historic town centre, a group of buildings with symbolic and morphological characteristics that grant it unique heritage and cultural value.The variation in the organic design of the front, which was built over the years, defines approaches to and departures from the bank. Hospital da Luz Lisboa Extension
The expansion of Hospital da Luz in Lisbon does not involve constructing a new building within the Hospital’s complex, but rather a physical expansion of the existing structure. The nature of the program implies a complete integration, since the intention is not to create new services, but to expand, restructure and innovate those that are already offered. The project’s approach maintains the spatial structure of the existing building by extending the two main corridors, for the public and services, which enables new accesses to be connected to the existing system, bringing greater flexibility to the internal organisation of operational areas, and maintaining the design focus on client and staff comfort.
