KAAP Blanc
At a unique location on the banks of the IJ in Amsterdam-Noord, the residential tower Kaap: Blanc is being realised. The tower consists of 18 apartments, each located on one of the corners, with different panoramic views along the IJ and the skyline of the city. The alternating balconies fan out to all sides of the building and give a sense of space and freedom.
Blanc is part of the KAAP project, which consists of five different residential towers with apartments directly on the IJ. Located right in the middle, Blanc takes a prominent place in the area. Sava Activities
Sava Activities is an on-going public urban design project aiming to reintroduce the riverbanks of Zagreb’s Sava River to the daily life of the city. Initiated as a competition proposal in 2015, the project had been developed around the flood related characteristics of the river.
Unlike the other European capitals which are established around a river, Zagreb’s urban growth had been formed with a tendency to move away from Sava. As the wildest branch of Danube, Sava River historically had harmed and destructed Zagreb, but now regulated with the construction of the embankment; its riverbanks carry the potential to be rethought as vital urban spaces of Zagreb.

Vistula Waterfront Competition opens city to the r
Leading idea of Vistula Waterfront design was to refer to existing urban site by providing a composition opening towards the Vistula River and reinforcing the links with Khal’s Square. Architects wanted to create specific character of particular parts of the boulevard by alternating different kinds of temporary urban space and park areas. The boulevards were designed concerning variable water levels in the Vistula River. In result the bank changes its shape with the height of the water in the river.Architects decided to refer to the temporary, easily demolished, floated pavilions proposed over the distance from Swietokrzyski Bridge to the Sidlesian-Dabrowski Bridge.
