Riverfront park

Located on the bank of the Ob River, the park creates a new public space in Novosibirsk, Russia. It is part of the European Riverfront, a large-scale redevelopment project led by Brusnika. Designed by KCAP Architects & Planners, the area masterplan comprises the development of the riverfront park to incorporate the city pedestrian and cycling routes. The area mixes several plots by the river, along with the river station park to form a wildlife corridor in the city centre.

Godrej Riverhills
RIVERHILL PUNE departs from typical privatized insular typology and instead proposes a bold new highly public open space system for the city – The RiverWalk. The design emerged from a fundamental vision to not generate a framework that was complicit in private retailing and waterfront experiences; as they structure an urban language of separation. Instead this nearly half-KM long public promenade has been carved out from primarily land that was allocated to private parcels.

Lofts at Mayo Park
The Lofts at Mayo Park is a 29-unit multifamily residential building located in Rochester, MN overlooking both the Zumbro River, Mayo Park and downtown. It has a mixture of 1 and 2-bedroom units provided on three above-grade stories and a partial fourth story penthouse. Parking is provided in a below-grade garage. The design establishes a strong connection between the building and Mayo Park, the Zumbro River, and downtown. The building’s common space, including a lobby and an outdoor patio, are placed adjacent to Mayo Park, providing expansive views of the park, the river, and downtown. This connection also informs the planning of the dwelling units: over two-thirds of the units have views of the river and downtown. More
