Extension of storage depot Gude GmbH
The light building elements from Rodeca glaze a warehouse in Oberhausen. In Oberhausen an extension to an existing warehouse and logistics building for the Gude GmbH was created. Light-transmissive and coloured facade panels from Rodeca GmbH give the hall a special appearance both inside and outside. Above all, the appearance of the material contributes to a strong architectural appeal of the building.The polycarbonate panels were customized in their colour scheme. With their multi-layered structure, they also take over the function of thermal insulation. This has a positive effect on the energy balance of the building. Excel Exhibition Centre
The ExCel Exhibition Centre in London is one of the buildings that are used for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in London 2012.
We are very proud that we already in the year 2009 delivered our product PC 2540-4 in decocolor finish (unfortunately this product isn’t available anymore in this version but with an alternative product) for a rainscreen for the east entrance of the Exhibition Centre.
For this subject in total 1200m² of our panels were produced in the colour combination red (one layer on the outer wall) and the three inner layers in opaque white. Omnisport Arena Apeldoorn
The Omnisport arena in Apeldoorn was inaugurated in the year 2008. It is a multifunctional sports centre including Indoor cycling track. The round facade is glazed allround with our tongue and groove panel PC 2540-6 with four different colour versions including two differently intense orange tones which reflext the national colour of the Netherlands. The panel is a 40mm thick and 50mm wide tongue and groove panel.
The complete facade surface is 2600m². The chosen colours are crystal, opal and the before mentioned orange tones. The panels for this project have a macimum length of 23m.
