Central Texas Sports Medicine
For Central Texas Sports Medicine a Division 1 training facility designed for athletes by athletes. The 70k sqft facility required hard-to-find flat roof and metal roof materials to be combined into 1 commercial roofing assembly. Installing the material with a credible College Station roofer performs according to architect design and manufacturer specifications further prevents water ponding and pooling.

Bright Football Complex
For Bright Football Complex an agile, multi-team approach to a $20M total renovation for the Texas A&M Football Program that was impacted by hailstorms. To install the new commercial roofing assembly on the complex addition, we deployed a commercial roofing team that specializes in large-scale commercial new construction roofing. Simultaneously, we deployed another College Station roofing team that handled the roof replacement of the complex’s 2-year-old failed assembly. We joined the replacement and new construction together with pavers on the front side of the building to create a new functional courtyard and entrance.
