The Carriage House on the lakeshore property of Sid Morris, Cornelius, NC is very likely the most unique in America! It doesn't house horses and horse buggies. Instead it houses two R44 helicopter. The chopper gets to the Carriage House by first landing on a helio pad on the end of the 200' dock.

SWAY Restaurant chose a Schweiss Hydraulic Door clad in glass to provide an indoor/outdoor space for their location near Austin, TX. The door provides the ability to open during nice weather and close during unfavorable conditions. The glass facade disguises the door so that when it is closed you can hardly tell a door exists.

Venice Beach Rental Home
Venice, California is a buzzing beach town with upscale commercial and residential pockets. Not far from the free-spirited Venice Boardwalk, Muscle Beach, funky shops, stylish boutiques and foodie hotspots is a brand new construction quaint modernistic Oxford Avenue home designed by lead architect Matthew Royce.
This envy-inducing split-level rental home, owned by Royce, who also served as its general building contractor, is equipped with a custom-made Schweiss 13.8' x 10.8' one-piece hydraulic designer door with electric photo eye sensors and is clad in glass.
