Casa AF2
Casa AF2 is a small 35 sqm apartment in the historic center of Camogli, designed as a seaside retreat for a family of three.
The narrow, deep plan, typical of Ligurian homes, opens towards the coast like a telescope, culminating in two sea-front windows that become large eyes on the landscape. The sea thus becomes part of the project: the sight, light and sound of the waves become a constant presence inside the house.

PARKING BELVEDERE
The project enhances the exceptional view by creating a panoramic rooftop belvedere atop the parking structure, a true staging of the descent towards the Mediterranean.
The belvedere, bordered by a recreated rooftop landscape inspired by the Roche de Roquebrune, evokes a semi-vegetal, semi-mineral natural environment that fosters biodiversity and ecosystems.

A large circular bench enlivens the public space and can be reconfigured to host cultural events, markets and various gatherings.
A panoramic walkway connects the belvedere to the lower parking level, running alongside the reimagined rocky landscape. On the western edge, a winding staircase, as if carved into the rock, links all open-air levels.

Chabahar Resort
Chabahar Resort Project is a residential-recreational project in Ramin region of Chabahar. The project’s site is located between the main road of Chabahar-Baris and the Oman Sea. The cultural, social, historical, climatic and geographical characteristics of the context, as well as the project’s program, created a number of questions that were attempted to be answered with a proper stance. Due to the wide length of the site, the east-west axis was considered as the dominant and the north-south one as the active axis of the site. The Riviera Beach
The Riviera Beach is the first contemporary public space in the city of Sochi designed by the architectural bureau ab2.0 for the Metropolis company.
In the Soviet times, the Riviera beach used to be one of the most popular beaches in Sochi. With time passing by, due to the lack of comfortable walking trails to the cape where the beach is located, its infrastructure got dilapidated. Only local residents from the neighbouring houses, as well some athletes training there, continued coming to this place by force of habit. Following the global development plans of the city to erect a pedestrian bridge over the river Sochi and to create a proper walking trail, the territory of the Riviera beach was in need of a reinvention.
