The owner envisaged the construction of an entertainment space that aligns with their hobbies, such as watching sports or playing video games, and hanging out with friends. Moreover, the space was also intended for get-togethers and parties. The new space would include a bar with billiards and other games, a recording studio, a control room, a private cinema, and a gaming room.
