The placement of residential complex “Sensata Park” – is one of main its own benefits, it is located far away from noisy tracks and surrounded by quiet streets and yards. The main facade stands in a broad green alley, which connects the triumphal arch and a huge park with botanical garden and reservoirs, it makes the residential complex place comfortable and favorable for quiet family life.
Strict and modern linear facade is made in light and light-colored shades of white, beige and grey. Bright accents of a building are orange framing on a few windows, which placed, in a chaotic order make architecture dynamic and lively look. A new residential complex of business class Sensata in Nur-Sultan, located in the city center along Turan Avenue, became a continuation of the architectural ensemble with the business center Sensata. The complex consists of 4 blocks of 8 and 9 floors, which include commercial premises, pre-school institutions and parking for 220 cars.
