Microtel is an effort to create a flexible build that allows the user to present their different reading from the space. The spatial organization of the  project is based on the dual "visible" and "hidden" and the definition of different uses of the space in this dual is looking for an economic solution to reduce expenses and speed up the process of implementation. At the same time, the project tries to minimize its borders with the city (only one glass facade) and inform it’s user free of uproars, advertise and turbulence the urban walls. Dexters Shop Exterior Design

Designing for Dexter’s is a huge opportunity – one that the CAS design team was recently tasked with. The concept of designing the façade of a corner store is a daunting one, but to create one for a Dexter’s corner store in a major area of London, UK is even more challenging. The team was asked to functionally adapt an existing exterior of an old building to represent a slightly more contemporary aesthetic. The designers rose to the challenge and created a design that artfully matches the old-school classical aura of the original, but with a modern twist. The white moldings complement the vintage bricks from the old exterior exceptionally well, and the overall execution has been carried out brilliantly. More
