The Market - Luxury Shopping Outlet
Oneworks was commissioned to design a new luxury outlet destination to support the local community and tourism from local towns.
The project assumptions originate with the territorial context, in addition to the commercial objectives. Context is the interventions topography, which uses the hillside to create a "vertical" complex. Terraced parking lots follow the terrains natural profile and the interior pedestrian path winds following a slight slope diagonally across the hillside. An unusual solution for a commercial space, the design concept allows one to read the site topography and at the same time drastically reduces building footprint.

Bulgaria Mall
A striking shopping centre flanked by two office buildings. The Glass façade covering 20,000 square metres includes the largest glass roof in Bulgaria comprising 1.700 square metres of glass. The building that is currently in BREEAM certification procedure, has shops on four floors that are arranged around an atrium. They are all easy to find with one look around and thus perfect for fast shopping. The escalators, bridges, water features, and seating areas help create a beautiful indoor space. More

De Passage
Renowned architectural studio Bernard Tschumi Architects were appointed the task of designing a new iconic building in the centre of The Hague in The Netherlands. Client Multi, the global development company, wanted the architects to create a building that would be adaptable for future programme, create a light and open environment for visitors and at the same time hold a strong visual identity that related to The Netherlands. What evolved is the ‘De Passage Den Haag’ - a long, light-filled passage, connecting two main shopping streets, with two buildings either side that define the concept through a unique exterior.
