AK Plaza Bundang unveils MUSEUM.C, a reimagining of its long-standing cultural academy into a contemporary cultural platform positioned at the intersection of retail, media, and experiential design. Nanhu Place

Nanhu Place is located in Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province. Its design takes natural landscape, historical architecture and cultural background into full consideration. Nanhu Place in Jiaxing City is a pioneering project for the city. Developed by CR Land, Nanhu Place and the Nanhu Lakefront Enhancement Project are situated at the historic Nanhu Lake. Situated within the UNESCO area of Macau, this redevelopment project aims to make a positive contribution to the city life as a cultural and commercial landmark that draws cues from Macau’s heritage.  M8 welcomes visitors through its sculptural entrance. On the rooftop garden, visitors can enjoy the magnificent view of Macau’s local streets and participate in various cultural events. Architecture bears witness to a city's evolution. In community development, preserving key historical structures is crucial for urban renewal, as these buildings convey compelling narratives of a community’s transformation through their unique forms. Columbia Circle Phase II, located at No. 1262 West Yan’an Road in Shanghai, extends Columbia Circle, first opened in 2018. While Phase I focused on preserving 1920s historical buildings, Phase II emphasises integrating modern architecture with these historical structures. The former Police Married Quarters (PMQ) in Central is a historical landmark which has been restored and adapted to new uses that inspire creativity by providing opportunities for aspiring artists, designers and a complementary mix of retailers to springboard and build their enterprises while creating a platform to promote Hong Kong’s design industry.
