The Landmark Foshan
01 Overview
Designed by Shing & Partners, The Landmark is located in the central of Foshan Dongping CBD, with embracing the Dongping River, parks and public green lands. Similar to central business districts of many cities, the planning of Foshan New City follows a regular urban texture, with surrounding buildings generally adopting rational straight lines and cubes as their facade strategies, in order to correspond to their functional needs respectively. The highly sculptural architectural image of the Landmark has reimagined the core of the city, which is its reflection on the ideal city and a city statement that coordinates high-density high-rise buildings with sustainable liveable experiences.

New Blue Area Apartments
A 40 floor structure standing tall amongst the clouds with the sun reflecting off of it. An exterior that is enveloped by a metal façade giving it a modern and futuristic look.
Amidst the greenery, the structure sets a beautiful contrast for the eye with geometric design.
Accompanied with such a striking exterior, there are outdoor spaces for various activities and entertainment.
Being such a towering structure this building provides panoramic views of Islamabad’s skyline which are a sight for sore eyes.
The design is sleek and specifically designed for the modern individual that is looking for something more.

"Skyline Apartment " is a spacious apartment designed by " SVOYA studio "with а stunning view of Kharkiv city, created for a young man, and reflects his conception of the perfect living space.
The planning solution separates space into two main areas. The living room with the kitchen and dining room provides for a welcoming meeting for big companies, where a compact but roomy and functional kitchen plays a role of an island for communication and rest.
