The KLP Building

The KLP Building stands as a landmark for the development of Oslo’s former industrial harbour into a modern and integrated part of the city. It is part of the Barcode Project on the waterfront, where the building not only rises over the waterfront as the first combined residential and office building, but also forms the city’s new skyline. Where the city meets the fjordThe KLP Building stands amongst the other Project Barcode buildings, adding new qualities to the area where the Norwegian capital meets the fjord. Tianjin CTF Finance Centre

The design for the Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Binhai Centre uses undulating curves to subtly express three programmatic elements while presenting a bold monolithic expression on the skyline. The 530-meter-tall skyscraper will house offices, 300 service apartments, and a five-star, 350-room hotel. The tower will be a striking new landmark in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA), located just outside Tianjin. The gently curving glass skin conceals eight sloping columns that lie behind the primary bends of the elevation and increase the structure’s stiffness in response to seismic concerns. Strategically placed, multistory wind vents combined with the tower's aerodynamic shape reduce vortex shedding, which in turn dramati... More

De Zalmhaven

The Zalmhaven is the new eye-catcher on the Rotterdam skyline. With 215 meters, this will be the highest residential tower in the Benelux. Two flanking towers (by KAAN Architecten) form a visual staircase to the lower Scheepvaartkwartier.  For this ambitious project, much attention has been paid to the relationship with the environment and the liveliness at ground level. On the urban scale, the high tower acts as a connecting element between the Scheepvaartkwartier and the Kop van Zuid, between the north and south side of the city. In this way, the focus of the city is shifted towards the water.  The style of the architecture and the character of the building are in line with the existing buildings of the area. The design is ins... More

Training Center and offices Lavazza Deutschland

To mark the twentieth anniversary of Helmut Newton’s first photographic calendar for Lavazza, the Group decided to renovate the Frankfurt offices, an important milestone as they were acquired at the beginning of the company’s international expansion. The offices are housed in a multi-storey tower, opposite the location where the fair Messe Frankfurt is held. The plan of the building is misaligned with a rectangular section joined, on the opposite side, to an elongated semi-circle. The refurbishment is thus an opportunity to extend the offices to the entire floor. This project transforms a vast section of the semi-circle into a single open-plan space, lined with uninterrupted glazing, facing west, and a curved wall which shapes... More

Whizar office

From the top floor of a luxury Tel  Aviv skyscraper to an old printing houseRight after Whizar, a young Israeli startup, obtained 3 million dollars in investment, they moved from a premier top-floor office to an industrial old building, used as a modest printing house,  in the workshops area of Tel Aviv.   The luxury old office was never fitting for the founder’s vibes. Their decision to leave the coworking space coincided with the arrival of COVID-19.   Together with architect Manor Brown we provide the company white, bright, clean and optimistic aesthetic. However, it was important for all parties to preserve the original industrial design of the building: Concrete floors, high ceilings, wide steel windows fr... More

La TOUR CACAO

The first open-air tower, with loggias on each level, the Cocoa Tower (registered under its French name: La Tour Cacao) will be a genuine vertical city made-up of 29 floors where every detail has been thought-out for well-being, serenity, communication, creativity and performance. We drew up this tower keeping in mind the men and women who will live there every day. The style of architecture is both sustainable and adapted to a tropical environment, which differentiates it from the already existing towers where the design methods are too often modeled after those in temperate zones.  The tower was conceived as a continuous life platform  and  where public spaces (such as the Cocoa Museum, an amphitheater, an auditorium, meet...
