In central London, England, Perkins&Will has designed a landmark smart, sustainable head office building for Sidara, a global collaborative of specialist firms providing services in architecture, engineering, sustainability consulting, digital strategy, and energy systems. 150 Holborn replaces an old 1980s office block and provides a shared company headquarters for Sidara’s London-based brands, including Dar, Perkins&Will, Portland Design, Currie & Brown, Introba, Maffeis Engineering, and Penspen. BOSCH Living Lab

IPA - Architecture and more partnered with Bosch to design a Multifunctional Hub within the Synergy tower Sofia. Initially designed as a conference room, the space was reimagined to serve as s dynamic hub for innovation and interaction. Dian Stanchev The hall’s concept centers around the idea of a “living lab”, where visitors are active participants rather than passive observers, engaging directly with the workspace and its technologies. Energy Efficient and Clever Residence

This T-shaped "clever" house is designed to accommodate the environmental sensibility of its occupants. GCA Architects in Barcelona complete the first 'smart' building in Spain

In Barcelona's technology district of Poblenou, GCA Architects has just completed Smart 22@, Spain's first 'smart' building. Composed of three independent buildings with a large garden area, the 24,000 m2 office complex responds to the surrounding industrial context, including the old 'La Escocesa' factory, while still distinguishing itself with its unique character. PASSERELLE SUR LA LOIRE BLOIS

The main challenge of the project is to integrate the landscape and architecture of the crossing structures and their connection to the soft paths on a larger scale of the territory. Caption The "Sterne Passerelle" connects the right and left banks of the Loire à Vélo itineraries and the "Châteaux à vélo" itineraries. It provides continuity between the routes on the banks of the Loire and can be used on foot, by bike and on horseback, with speeds appropriate to each type of movement, and also allows for walking and wandering. Foster + Partners complete flexible urban workspace ICÔNE for a post-covid world

In Belval, Luxembourg, Foster + Partners has completed the new office complex ICÔNE. The project's design process began in 2016, well before the pandemic. However, during the building's evolution, the pandemic highlighted the need for a more flexible urban workspace, which the ultimate design strives explicitly to provide.
