KA 11 Residential Building

KA11 is a residential building situated in the heart of Sofia, within the Lozenets district. Designed by IPA – Architecture and more, the project redefines the urban landscape by skillfully balancing scale, materiality, and context. The building features five residential floors, including an attic level, a ground floor with commercial spaces, and an underground level. Space Tower is a cutting-edge office building designed to seamlessly integrate comfort, accessibility, and flexibility. BOSCH Living Lab

IPA - Architecture and more partnered with Bosch to design a Multifunctional Hub within the Synergy tower Sofia. Initially designed as a conference room, the space was reimagined to serve as s dynamic hub for innovation and interaction. Dian Stanchev The hall’s concept centers around the idea of a “living lab”, where visitors are active participants rather than passive observers, engaging directly with the workspace and its technologies.
