Investigation Center

The Promálaga Excelencia R&D&I centre is a building that mainly houses an incubator for new businesses. This particular use requires great flexibility. At energy-efficiency level this is an interesting example of applying energy-saving solutions in a warm climate.The project's architect, Alfonso Braquehais, devised a totally sustainable building in all its elements, from the facade to the final installation. Numancia Hospital

Numància Sant Joan de Deu Building in Barcelona, has been coated with ULMA’s Ventilated Facade System in Horizontal and Vertical formats. The building, in a U shape, is divided into two wings joined by a central body. The main common areas are located in the central area- offices, dining rooms and main entrances, while patient rooms are located at the wings. The horizontal openings have been coated with ULMA ´s Horizontal System, with a white panel in Air texture, in contrast to the central block, which has been coated with the Vertical System, playing with 3 colors. Edificio Residencial Plaza Marqués

ULMA has restores the symbolic facade of residential building of 14 floors Rey Pelayo, located in the famous Marques de Gijon square, in the North of Spain, with its ventilated facade line . The aim of Jorge Noval, architect and author of the project was to create an attractive restoration of the old building and also to improve its thermal and acoustic isolation, qualities which ULMA ventilated facades provide.
