With this house we went little crazy, exploring the teachings of Basic Design. The interplay of forms, space, volumes and planes is the dominating design feature. The feeling of sitting in a cube is unlike eating under 20’ high ceiling, looking up towards sky. We married function with these feelings of different spaces and added the dance of shadows to keep it alive throughout.This project involves the design of a new custom home on a 70’ X 60’ site in a residential area. Spaces Belvedere
Found in of of Vietnam’s most commercially successful areas, this striking Art Deco-style building is sure to inspire anyone who’s looking for a place to go big. Take your pick from one of 10 floors of designer offices or hold a meeting of the minds in our creative meeting rooms. As the rise of freelance work and small companies grow, the demand for inspiring co-working spaces increases as well. For this reason, IWG has brought their very first co-working space to Hanoi – Spaces Belvedere. For this project, our architects went for a modern look but with a cozy, homely feel. SPACES Réaumur
Located in one of the busiest areas of Paris, Spaces Réaumur is in a building that is a true Art Nouveau jewel from 1905 designed by Gustave Eiffel. FVA was asked to fully renew and modernize all the 6 floors of the building in a way to fit the requirements of the 21st century workers. Spaces Réaumur offers over 4,500 sqm of fully equipped private and shared workspaces as well as entertainment and relaxing areas.
As a response, the design concept was the industrial style with all modern facilities. The architect's team generated an original palette of harmonized and light-contrasted colors including light & dark beige, grey and green.

SPACES Champion Shanghai Center
Located in the heart of Shanghai and within 45 minutes drive of two international airports, the convenient location makes it a breeze to travel to nearby attractions, such as: the Shanghai Film Museum, the Adidas Football Park and the beautiful Dong'an Park, etc. through easily accessible means like trains and metro. We had the pleasure to renovate the 1800 sqm basement into an ideal working space, consisting of fully equipped private and shared area as well as entertainment and relaxation corners.

OVERVIEWSPACES Summer Hill is known as the very first SPACES project in Thailand. Located at the corner of Sukhumvit and Rama IV Road, Summer Hill is the new iconic-design lifestyle mall inspired by the elements of summer time against urban backdrop. Spaces Summer Hill is located on the top floor of this 3-storey mall. FVA has designed the office outstanding with the sense of Bangkoker and their unique lifestyle in neatness but tactics. Spaces Poissonniere
Located in one of the trendiest areas in Paris, the Spaces Poissonnière occupies an entire building in a calm street next to the Grands Boulevards. The area attracts a mix of geeks, designers, financials and entrepreneurs from all over the world. The multitude of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques gives a new dynamic flavour to the area known in the 19th century as the heart of the 'vie parisienne'.The place boasts a contemporary feeling against the large Haussmann-style roads. FVA has designed the new offices of SPACES, located in Otemachi, Japan. The co-working space promotes harmony and balance by its blue pallates defining the space personalities. It is equipped with co-working space, event space, meeting rooms and a barista cafe. FVA architects designed a chic minimalist co-working space radiates a rustic-meets-industrial vibe. All of furniture and accessories are kept simple and elegant with wooden furniture, small pieces of art hanging on the walls, industrial-style pendant lights.
