Rincón Del Pescador House
Rincón Del Pescador House develops around a central courtyard following the traditional houses of the region as a reference. Halls and passageways delimit the project: a horizontal perimetric that links the main floor areas, and a single point vertical that connects the different levels in the plan. The chosen materials (locally sourced volcanic stone) enhance the house's main lower level areas, providing fresh spaces to rest during the day.
The project is closed to the south, and open towards itself and the northern view of the valley. The fountain in the central courtyard draws inspiration from the local water wells, and the sound of flowing water accompanies all the other sounds in the house. The program consists of three... More

CS Residence
The CS Residence is four-bedroom house with three car garage and a bike workshop in the garage. The clients’, avid bikers and software owners, had purchase a site from when they were married and sat on it for many years, thinking of what they could build. Pollard Architects were chosen for a prominent list of architects, because of our level of design and unique approach to their site and program. The residence resides at the base of Mt. Olympus, a prominent iconic mountain cliff in the Salt Lake City Valley, in Olympus Cove. The site is on the end of a dead-end street on the down hill side facing north west towards the city. Mason Dental
This 6,400 SF dental office located outside of Dallas, TX has all the country charm and comfort. Large doors welcome guests as they enter the cozy waiting area that features exposed beams, stone work and a fireplace. Wood arches guide patients to the exam rooms that have state of the technology but don't lack the charm that the rest of the building offers. Barn doors were used as a privacy feature for some patient rooms. Even the sterilization area features wood cabinetry to blend in with the rest of the space. More
