Veil & Co. House
Idyllically located in a Sunshine Coast hamlet wedged between nature reserves, Currimundi Lake and the surf beach, Veil + Co. House is a multigenerational co-living coastal residence. With an atypical entry and a deeply setback main dwelling, the project reinterprets traditional Queensland housing for contemporary living, showcasing flexible accommodation and high levels of privacy.

CENTRAL PARK
GROUP A has completed the sculptural office tower centrally located in the vibrant Utrecht Station Area. The 90-meter-high Central Park is named after the subtropical park that marks the city’s 45 meter line. The two-story indoor park is enclosed by a receding glass facade embracing the park like an undulating curtain. This is where employees come together to unwind, brainstorm or attend an event in a unique ecosystem overlooking the city. By making the indoor park the building’s central feature, GROUP A adds a landmark to the city’s skyline and establishes a new standard for green office buildings.

Coastal retreat to sleep approximately 15 persons.

Design & Features
Located off the high water line and out of sight in the dense coastal vegetation.
Pavilion architecture with individual bedrooms positioned between the trees on site.
Difficulties in procurement of hardwood from the mainland a concrete frame structure was favoured, this allowed for quick construction and wide spans for sea views. The concrete frame was scabbled to reveal a texture of local shells and stones that formed part of the aggregate.
