ZAPP Office Rotterdam
Flexible rental
The building is divided into several large and smaller units that are rented as an office. Jos Bolmers of Estates Europe B.V. rents with his company approximately 150m2. Jos Bolmers: “The concept is based on renting on short and medium terms. From month to month or for one or more years. Entirely depending on the need. Units range in area from 10m2 to 164m2. Nice for starters, but also for larger companies who want to have flexible spaces to work. It’s all based on flexibility in rental period and in the number of square meters.”

Kids Lodge
Kids Lodge is a young, fast growing company in childcare in Houten The Netherlands. The walls are divided in different planes. They have selected various BN Suwide collections in pastel shades to give the whole building a childfriendly character. They have also chosen the graphic Suwide Diva collection. Hyatt Hotel Hoofddorp
This hotel is the first Hyatt Place in Europe and includes 29700m2 BN Wallcoverings wallcoverings. The rooms contain two different Suwide Specials of 15000m2. The bathrooms are covered with 3500m2 Samba. At the corridors they used 8000m2 Suwide Special and in the public areas 1000m2 white Scala. The Digital wallpapers are different on each floor, they have all a Dutch theme. The project was completed in January 2014. More

NH Harrington Hall hotel in London
The NH Harrington Hall Hotel in London has several BN Suwide collections and one Residential collection: Elements. They used 8255m2 Suwide Cyprus 5321, 910m2 Suwide Ibiza 34326, 910m2 Suwide Malta 5301 and 2035m2 Elements 46520.
The Elements collection is inspired by natural materials over the years. Concrete, weathered by the rain. Wood, grey with age. A newspaper, years later looking like parchment. When Time and the Elements join forces, they give true character to all kinds of materials. And that character, so timeless yet so up-to-date, is reflected in this collection. That’s why this beautiful wallpaper breathes life into the NH hotel in Londen. The project was completed in 2013.

Manor Hotel
On June 10, 2011 the Hampshire Hotels opened the doors of the new four-star Manor Hotel - Hampshire Eden. This former Civil Hospital has beenfully restored to its original condition, with trendy interior. Commissioned by Aedes Real Estate we helped creating that with different BN collections: BN Digital Printing, BN Fusion & Suwide en BN Residential Wallcoverings. FeranHugo Interior Design designed the Eden Amsterdam Manor Hotel and used the knowledge of BN Wallcoverings for a special theme on thewalls.
