Crop and Kettle Food and Energy Hub
To help Beaver County citizens access fresh food and support local farmers, DRAW Collective partnered with Crop & Kettle and RiverWise to design concepts for a new Food & Energy Hub in Ambridge, PA.

Together, the team organized the building into three main areas: a teaching kitchen for entrepreneurial programs, a market district anchored by a year-round farmers market, and a restaurant that features locally grown produce.

Thaden School by Eskew+Dumez+Ripple presents an innovative model for future education that focuses on the surrounding landscape
In Bentonville, Arkansas, the Thaden School aims to establish an innovative concept for future education, while reflecting the rich, pastoral heritage of the landscape that surrounds it. The concepts and ideas driving this project were developed by more than 30 participants and stakeholders who came together with Eskew+Dumez+Ripple architects to develop a masterplan vision.

Hackney School of Food
Surman Weston has completed Hackney School of Food at Mandeville Primary School in Clapton, London. The project is a new initiative to teach children and adults from across London how to grow, prepare and cook delicious, nutritious food, while also providing an inspiring community space and productive gardens for local residents to enjoy.
The school, a dedicated food education centre, is a joint venture between the Learning, Education, Arts and Partnership (LEAP) Federation - a network of three Hackney primary schools - and Chefs in Schools, a charity dedicated to transforming food, food culture and food education in schools through training, guidance and support.
