Three schools in one building, designed according to the most modern educational principles. The facility also offers numerous sports courses and is regarded as the elite school for sports. An innovative concept of school, but also of energy construction. Heating and cooling are carried out using geothermal energy. Electricity comes from solar panels placed on the roof of the gymnasium. THE GROVE

The key challenges for this project lied in adapting the existing fabric with the contemporary addition towards the rear. Influenced by the Arts and Crafts Movement, the original design is an exemplar of Bungalow architecture which was highly popularised during the early 20th Century. House Studio Refurbishement

The refurbishment of this building from the 30’s in the picturesque Toscal neighbourhood in the city centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is marked by our desire to respect the original architecture as much as possible, bring back elements of its memory and update it with subtle interventions that will transfer it to our time, such as the new pistachio-painted aluminium window frames.
