Peponi Pine Lodge

Peponi Pine Lodge is a 4,000 square foot, 1 story residence with 6 car garage, located out in the piney woods of east Texas. The key to the design was to maximizing the natural light into the heart of the interior, as well as frame the beautiful views of the surrounding forest. This house is a testament to what can be done with cement-fiber lapped siding. If you really take the time and come up with great details, this material can be as nice as natural stone. The almost all white color scheme gives this home a cathedral-like quality, which stands out against the browns and greens of the trees. I know the homeowners are as happy as I am with the finished product. More

The Griffis Residence

It is a 4,600 square foot, one story, Mediterranean style residence, with 3,100 square feet of garage space, a grand front courtyard space and expansive rear porches. The key to this project was to design the residence to take advantage of its wooded one acre lot, without losing the sense of human scale and proportion.  A perfect home for a car collector.  Located in Bender's Landing Estates, Spring, Texas. The Sanden-Danielsson Residence

This residence is built on the waterfront in Seabrook, Texas, and is designed to evoke the feel of a cruise liner. It is a four story, 7,000 square foot, modern, stucco house which emphasizes views of the bay. The upper floor of the house is an observatory deck, and each floor has its own exterior deck. More

2714 Timberjack Place

Facelift and redesign of an existing 1975 residence, into a contemporary 'Craftsman' style residence.  The house is located in the Woodlands, Texas, and is a great example of a total exterior (and interior) makeover. The Policello Residence

A Mediterranean contemporary residence that I designed for clients building in Houston. We wanted to keep the interior light and open, and go with a more minimalist scheme. On the 2nd floor, we did an entire apartment setup, so someone can live there independently if needed. The main public spaces all open up to each other, making the interior feel even larger. The pool is covered with a large screened-in lanai. The homeowners are happy, so I am happy, and it looks great inside and out. More
